These terms apply to your use of this website and to any trial, subscription or reseller package you get from Strong8K UK (“we”, “us”). By using the site or our service you agree to them. Questions? Email info@strong8kuk.site.

1. The service

We provide access to a Strong 8K IPTV subscription and help you set it up on compatible devices. The service is delivered over your internet connection through third-party player apps. We do not own or operate the channels, apps or content you access, and line-ups can change without notice.

2. Free trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion, usually one per household. Trials end automatically and are never charged.

3. Plans, connections and payment

  • Plans run for the length you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically.
  • Your plan allows the number of screens to play at the same time that you paid for (1, 2 or 3 devices).
  • Prices are shown in pounds on our plans page and may change for future purchases. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
  • Your login is personal. Sharing it beyond your plan’s connections may lead to it being suspended.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your devices, apps and internet connection, and for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you live. You must not resell access unless you have a reseller package from us, or use the service to harm others.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or that every channel will always be available. Maintenance and third-party issues can cause short interruptions.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed.
