What we collect

  • Trial and contact forms: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, device and message.
  • Orders: the plan you choose and the details needed to activate and support your line.
  • WhatsApp and email: the messages you send us.
  • Website data: basic technical data in server logs, and analytics data only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

  • To send your trial or subscription login and help you set it up (performing a contract or taking steps at your request).
  • To answer your questions and remind you before your plan ends (legitimate interests).
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it, with your consent for analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers to run our service: website hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp (Meta) for messages you choose to send us, and Google Analytics if you consent. They process data on our instructions or under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Trial requests are kept for up to 12 months. Customer records are kept while you are a customer and for up to 2 years afterwards for support and accounting. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
